New Year’s Resolution: Sharpen Your Kitchen Knives!

I’ll be honest: cooking with dull knives is some weak-ass shit. (Whoops! Pardon the swearing, I’ve been reading a lot of Thug Kitchen recently.) But seriously, worn knives force you to expend more physical effort (also making them more dangerous) and create inferior results (mashing the food while cutting it). To put it more bluntly (har! har!), chopping with dull knives is amateur hour in the kitchen. Luckily, this problem is easily rectified.
